- This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), Ministry of Social Services, to prospective proponents to provide submissions to operate a community-based day program and supported independent living program in the North Service Area (Tisdale) serving clients with intellectual disabilities. The Successful Supplier(s) will provide one or more of the requested services that will assist four individuals in a community-based day program and two individuals in a supported independent living program, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).
