Description:
The Board is seeking the services of a pre-qualified Architectural Firm to provide architectural and consulting services including Design Development, assistance with Contract Documents & Tender development, and Construction & Contract Administration for the renovations as further specified herein.
The Successful Bidder will be required to design and administer the construction of the following scope.
Replace all HVAC roof top units on roof with high efficiency model with AC Upgrade or replace all other HVAC equipment to provide AC to whole school.Integrate upgraded and new mechanical equipment into existing building automation system.All new equipment to have particulate filtering to a minimum of MERV 13 filter.To offset AC utilities cost, design approximately a 48KW Net Metering DC Solar Array.Upgrade existing oil fired Domestic Hot Water Tank that is located in penthouse Boiler to Electric.Consultant to review Electrical Loading to validate if upgrade of Primary feed is necessitated. If required, supply estimate for scope and subsequent budget change.Install new Exterior roadside site signage - Gold level pylon sign with digital display board. Remove section of existing stucco on exterior gym wall with sheet metalConsultants to produce Class D and B estimates.
