Description:
This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements.
Respondents are asked to submit their information and signed Respondent Submission Form by the Submission Deadline to the following address and to the attention of the following RFI Contact:

The Conrad Centre for the Performing Arts (CCPA) is a 24,000 square foot performing arts venue, located at 36 King Street West in Kitchener. The CCPA features a flexible 400-person theatre, 100-person rehearsal hall, four dressing rooms, and a green room. The Manfred and Penny Conrad Family Foundation generously donated the CCPA to the City in January 2021 to support performing arts in the community.
Arts & Entertainment is a newly formed division that sits within Economic Development and includes three units - Arts & Creative Industries, Special Events, and Arts & Entertainment Venues (A&E Venues). The City-s A&E Venues team is now operating the CCPA. At a high level, venue management operational duties include scheduling, contracting events and rentals, ticketing, event operations (e.g., production), and event services (e.g., staffing).
