Description:
This Request for Proposals seeks to establish preferred staffing service providers to support the Saskatchewan Health Authority-s temporary staffing needs on an “as and when required” basis across all SHA locations in Saskatchewan. It applies to contract staffing services only, not professional recruitment, and any deployed individuals are employees of the staffing agency. Through this procurement process, the SHA aims to identify vendors with demonstrated experience, capacity and reliability to meet a range of temporary staffing requirements province-wide. Future temporary staffing services that SHA procures will utilize the vendors selected from this RFP. Any vendor that has already previously done business and provided SHA with such staffing service offerings and that wishes to compete to become a preferred vendor must submit a response to this proposal. The successful Proponents will become ‘preferred vendors- and will be issued a three (3) year Master Services Agreement that the SHA may commission in the future. Due to the ‘as and when required- nature of this initiative, the organization cannot guarantee any minimum level of expenditure commitment to preferred vendors. We do not have a means to predict future reliance on these services and contract resources are made on an individual circumstance basis.
