- School District 36 (Surrey) The Bell Performing Arts Centre (BPAC) seeks proposals for Theater Technical Services provision of skilled personnel in various specialized areas including Audio, Lighting, Stage Carpentry, Flys-, Rigging, Video, and Costumes.
