Description:
Detailed_Description : The Ministry is seeking a vendor to provide the update and delivery of a training related to knowledge and skills for working near or on roadways.
Scope of Work : The Ministry is issuing this RFB for the update and delivery of a training program for Ministry Traffic Protection Plans. This includes reviewing content and materials for both in-class and in-field practical training. The training will focus on the safety of working on or near roadways in multiple regions around Ontario. The Ministry is committed to promoting a healthy and safe working environment for its staff and is continuously looking at ways to reduce or eliminate risks in the workplace. The Ministry has identified this training as an opportunity to augment Ministry staff knowledge and skills for working safely on or near roadways.Approximately 450 Ministry staff involved in field work near or on roadways will be required to complete this training on a three (3) year rotational basis.Sessions will be provided on an as-needed basis as directed by the Ministry.The Vendor will travel to locations across Ontario to deliver the training as directed by the Ministry.
