- This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the supply and delivery of two (2) engines complete with two (2) exhaust aftertreatments certified to IMO Tier III and two (2) complete control systems for the Riverhurst Cable Ferry, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).

Submitting the Intent to Bid Form is only optional but strongly recommended and vendors who choose not to submit Appendix G may still participate in the competition.
1.4.1 Site Visit
The optional site visit has been scheduled for February 28, 2024.
In order to fully understand the scope of the requirements, it is encouraged that Proponents attend an in-person site visit prior to submitting a proposal. If a Proponent is interested in participating in the site visit as scheduled above, please email rfxquestions@gov.sk.ca by February 26, 2024, 4 p.m. CST (Local Saskatchewan Time) with the following information:
• the RFP Reference number and name in the subject line;
• name of representative(s) who will be attending; and
• general questions or items the Proponent proposes to ask at the site visit, if any.
