Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Construction of the new The Southern Francophone Education Region Ecole La Verendrye School Gym Expansion and related site works in accordance with the Contract Documents. .2 Municipal Address: 625 21 St S, Lethbridge, AB T1J 5E4. .2 Third partyenvironmental certification through LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) with the Canada Green Building Council: .1 The Project is a CaGBC registered LEED v4.1 BD+C: Schools (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Project with the Canada Green Building Council. .2 Certificationlevel goal is Silver. .3 Refer to Section 01 35 18 - LEED Requirements for procedures, definitions, point categories, prerequisites, and credits. .4 Refer to Section 01 35 20 - Environmental Procedures for procedures concerning building and site environment. .5 Refer to Section 01 74 19 - WasteManagement and Disposal for requirements to reduce, reuse, recycle, and dispose of construction waste.
