Tender are invited for The Replacement of a 90 Ton A/C Compressor for Chiller (YDNH)

Synopsis: The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is working on getting professional services for the provision of the following service; Reclaim Refrigerant Charge and Weight. Compare to manufacturers spec. Remove old Compressor and prep for return to the manufacturer. Install new Compressor as per manufacturer-s guidelines. Install new oil filter and oil charge. Install jumper bars for main wiring termination on the compressor. Torque wiring to manufacturers specifications. Install and verify upgraded oil sump heater. To meet the minimum requirement for this ACAN, the professional service provider must; Provide the certification that proofs that they are factory trained Daikin Service Alliance Partner to register new compressor for warranty and they have the ability to supply, install and commission this project effectively. Proof that the vendor has the right to access and modify McQuay operating system software.

If no written statements of capabilities are received by the SHA, or if the SHA determines based on its evaluation that no supplier who has submitted a written statement of capabilities is capable of meeting the SHA-s requirements. The SHA intends to proceed to award the contract to HVAC Sales and no further procurement process will be undertaken by the SHA....
