The City of Camden is seeking bids from qualified vendors to supply promotional products for the City for two (2) years.
Promotional products are used to endorse and create a sense of affiliation, unity, and pride in the City of Camden and its activities among visitors, residents, faculty, and staff. The promotional products normally purchased throughout the year include, but are not limited to the following categories:
Apparel (T-shirts, Caps and hats, Jackets, Polo shirts, etc.) Drinkware (Water Bottles, Coffee Mugs, Tumblers, Travel Mugs, etc.) Bags (Tote bags, Backpacks, Drawstring bags, Laptop bags, etc.) Office Supplies (Writing Utensils, Notebooks, Calendars, Desk organizers, etc.) Health and Wellness (Hand sanitizers, Face masks, First Aid Kits, Stress balls, etc.) Outdoor and Leisure (Umbrellas, Coolers, Picnic blankets, Sports bottles, Koozies, Table Covers, etc.) Accessories (Keychains, Magnets, Magnetic or other bag-type clips, Lip balms, Sunglasses) Eco-Friendly (Reusable shopping bags, Bamboo utensils, Recycled notebooks, Solar-powered chargers) Food and Beverage (Customized candy, Snack packs, Water bottles with logo, Coffee and tea sets) Miscellaneous (Trophies/Awards, Decals or Items not included specifically above)
