Description : 1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors. 2. The City of Calgary ("The City") is seeking qualified Suppliers with whom to establish a long-term, cost, and quality effective agreement for the purchase and lease of industrial parts washers ("Units"). 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. The Deliverables are included in two (2) schedule(s). The City intends to enter into up to two (2) Agreement(s) for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreement(s) will be for a term of one (1) year(s). The Agreement(s) may be renewed two (2) times for two (2) year(s) each time, not to exceed a maximum of five (5) years - Documents :
