Description:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for The Provision of Suction Regulators, Cylinder Regulators, Flow Meters, and Flow Eliminators as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in the Master Site Listing (Annex C).This RFP is broken down into four (4) categories for award: Suction Regulators, Cylinder Regulators, Flow Meters, and Flow Eliminators. Shared Health reserves the right to award these categories separately to multiple proponents or one successful proponent for all. All or some of the top ranked proponent-s bid, per category, may or may not form part of the final agreement.The agreement is anticipated to start on September 1, 2024. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of four (4) years, with an option in favour of the Purchaser(s) to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) term of two (2) option years.
