Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Public Service Delivery requests Proposals from qualified Proponents for the provision of a secure and modern Software as a Service (SaaS) Childcare Management solution as further described in Part 5 of this RFP.Manitoba is looking to engage a proponent that has the capability, professional services, and proven expertise to deliver the following: SaaS solution for Childcare Management: Provide a SaaS solution for managing Childcare programs. The SaaS solution must include: Internal and external portals for: Trusted users (administrators, licensed childcare providers, agencies) Public users (families and childcare workforce) Training: Provide necessary training, user guides and documentation to ensure end users are equipped to use the solution. Provide training and documentation for Manitoba-s System Administrators. Support Services: Technical support services to address issues as raised by the system administrator(s). Issues may be product and technology related or simple user inquiries requiring additional vendor support.
