Manitoba requires one (1) primary MSP and one (1) secondary MSP who will provide Managed Service Provider Servicesand offer end -to end solution that facilitates the processes and requirements described in this RFP.

The Selected Vendors will perform the overall program management as well as oversee the Resource engagements from the Resource Providers in the program. The MSP may be supported by an automated Vendor Management Solution to manage the selection, administration, and maintenance of a qualified Resource provider list for information management and information technology Resources
