This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for 2025-T-224 The Niagara Transit Commission (NTC) Bus Shelter Cleaning and Maintenance, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).The Niagara Transit Commission (NTC) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide cleaning and maintenance services for transit bus stop shelters. The scope includes all necessary labour, materials, equipment, transportation, and related services for a one (1) year term, with the option to extend for an additional term of up to 2 (two) additional one (1) year terms.Scope Exclusions:This contract does not include:a) Cleaning or maintenance of advertising benches located outside of sheltersb) Snow removalc) Grass cutting around bus landing padsd) Installation or relocation of bus stop shelters
