The town is looking to solicit proposals from qualified restaurant operators for the design and renovation of the existing building and operation of a new restaurant. The building will be leased to the successful proponent in as-is condition. The Town will not be providing any capital or operating funding towards the implementation of a restaurant in the TOWARF building. The successful proponent will be required to pay for all building renovations, modifications and upgrades; site work directly required to implement proposal concept will be the financial and construction management responsibility of the successful proponent.
The successful proponent will be responsible for obtaining all required permits and approvals needed to renovate the building and the Town does not represent or warrant that these will be successful.
