- Notice of Intent to Direct Award Issued: January 23, 2026 File # PHSA 18258 NOI Title: Terumo - Abdominal & Thoracic Stent Graft System Provincial Health Services Authority Notice is hereby given that, Fraser Health Authority, Interior Health Authority, Vancouver Coastal Health Authority and Vancouver Island Health Authority (the “Health Authority(s)”), through their collective agent Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide consumables for EVAR (Endovascular Aneurysm Repair) and TEVAR (Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair) for Fraser Health Authority, Interior Health Authority, Vancouver Coastal Health Authority and Vancouver Island Health Authority for a term of three (3) years and two (2) months at an estimated value of $4.65 Million.
