Detailed_Description : The Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement (MPBSDP) seeks a vendor to provide managed traditional telephone services across Ontario. The services include analog telephone lines, call features, automated and uniform call distribution, paging, and more. The vendor must ensure high reliability, support service migration, and comply with Ministry standards and service level metrics.
Scope of Work : Managed Traditional Telephone Services shall include but not limited to the following - Provision, installation, configuration, testing, and acceptance, transition services, asset review and management; support for directory services and law enforcement requests; compliance with service level metrics and reporting.
