Detailed_Description : The Ministry, on behalf of the Ontario Public Service (OPS), is seeking to procure a single Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) to provide a cloud-based Managed Security Service Edge (SSE) Solution (the “Solution”) for the Province of Ontario, enabling state-of-the-art secure access for OPS Mobile Users (MU), OPS sites, and OPS on-prem and off-prem Data Centers. The proposed Solution shall replace the Ministry-s existing managed cloud security service.
Scope of Work : The proposed Solution shall provide a service, enabled by technology, to enable its delivery of state-of-the-art, highly visible, and scalable secured access for the OPS- various endpoints (users, machines / devices, and networks). The Solution includes the following components: i.Solution Technology Enablers•Consolidated Platform•Secure Web Gateway (SWG) Internet security controls•Firewall-as-a-Service next-gen firewall security controls (FWaaS)•Zero Trust Network Access security controls (ZTNA)•Cloud Access Security Broker security controls (CASB). ii.Solution Operational Enablers - Managed Services•Case Management and Integration•Security Incident response•Log Analysis and Reporting•Security posture compliance management and reporting•Centralized policy management and reporting•Service platform design and administrationiii.Solution Adoption Enablers•Vendor Project Team•Service Management•Migration Support
