Overview of Project:
This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the District of North Cowichan (the "District") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Tender Pumper, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables").
The District is invites proposals from suppliers who have proven experience and qualifications to for the design, construction and supply of a tender pumper (the "Apparatus"). The quality of the product, performance, delivery, maintenance, service and other factors will be taken into consideration in the evaluation of this RFP.
