EllisDon has been selected as the Construction Manager for the above noted project and is inviting interested trades/vendors to submit on this project which consists of the following scopes of work tied to the completion of the Interior scope of work: Misc Metals Partitions Ceiling Firestopping & Joint Sealants Openings Finishes Flooring Specialties Painting Mechanical ElectricalNOTE: Exterior Envelope - Aluminum Curtain wall assemblies, Skylight, Revolving Entrances and Glass/Glazing are EXCLUDED from this Tender Package.Please send bids and questions to Edmonton Estimating at: edmontonestimating@ellisdon.comDisclaimers and Information: Subcontractor to assume responsibility for all labour, materials for specific scope of work All quotations shall be valid for the duration of the Bid Validity period as noted in the Bid Documents Lowest tender not necessarily accepted Successful bidders will be required to sign EllisDon's Standard Form of Subcontractor Agreement All Bidders must apply and meet EllisDon's Subguard criteria on all contracts over $250,000.
