Description : The Municipality of Clare is requesting bids for the renovation of a kitchenette at the Clare Health Centre. Located on the top floor, the kitchenette renovation will include the removal of existing shelving and cupboards and the purchase and installation of new cabinets and a sink. The renovation will also include all associated construction work for the installation as detailed below. Work to be completed will include: Removal of all existing shelving and cabinetry in room. Purchase and installation of new cabinet tops and bottom (configuration and location as per attached sketch). Purchase and installation of new countertop (location as per attached sketch) Purchase and installation of new sink and taps (location as per attached sketch). New sink/taps to be connected to existing plumbing/water supply/drain located in wall in adjacent bathroom. Repair any holes in drywall and paint to match existing colors. Install 4 countertop electrical outlets (location as per attached sketch) with proper amperage to accommodate microwave, toaster oven and other small kitchen appliances.
