Tenders for the Fire Restoration/Rebuild for Unit 2661 Lot 8 Block 52 La Loche SK will be received up to 2:00 P.M., Saskatoon City Time, Thursday, July 3rd, 2025. Deliver bids electronically to tenders.Lsha@housingauthoritysk.com . Bids shall be made on the Bid Form provided and submitted as a single PDF in electronic format. Hardcopy, fax or telephone proposals will not be accepted. Hardcopy bids will be returned unopened to the bidder. Description of the Work: Phase 1 - Demolition and Cleanup of Damaged Building Components Phase 2 - Rebuild Unit to Rent Ready/Move In condition Tenders $100,000 and over must be accompanied by an electronic copy of a Certified Cheque (front and back), an Irrevocable Letter of Credit or a Bid Bond and ‘Consent of Surety- in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the tender. Copies of the Tender Documents may be obtained from SaskTenders. There will be a Pre-Bid Site Review Meeting Thursday, June 19th, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Interested parties to meet in the La Loche KFC and from there we will go to site. An On-site Review is Mandatory. If not available for the scheduled site meeting, the Bidder must make other arrangements with LSHA.
