The BC Liquor Distribution Branch requests proposals from qualified and experienced non-IT staffing agency Proponents for providing ongoing temporary resourcing and staffing augmentation services in respect of skilled non-IT personnel.
Concurrent with this RFP, the LDB is issuing RFP2022-01-07-A Temporary IT Staff Augmentation Services. The purpose of, and requirements under, that RFP are similar to, but not the same as, those under this RFP. While the objective of this RFP is to select a Contractor for providing skilled non-IT personnel, the objective of other RFP2022-01-07-A Temporary IT Staff Augmentation Services is to select a contractor for providing skilled IT personnel. Proponents are encouraged to consider both RFPs and to submit a proposal to each or either of these RFPs. However, Proponents must consider that in assessing best overall value to the LDB, the LDB's assessment framework includes consideration of ensuring maximum choice, resilience and flexibility in staffing arrangements, which includes a preference to make an award to different Proponents for each RFP.
