Project Description : DELIVERABLESContractor to provide the following services:• Establish temporary facilities and controls as required to control the work areas• Administrative documents for items called out in the bid form• Installation of erosion control measures around the construction site to prevent the harmful effects of soils entering the adjacent storm sewer mains and Clearwater River• Establishing accesses as required to the various stockpile sites to permit mobilization of contractor equipment to permit loading and hauling operations• Load and haul up to 75,000 cubic meters of clay material from stockpiles located in the Alberta Infrastructure Parson-s Creek Development area as identified in figures provided• Strip topsoil and aggregate to establish impervious clay base for which temporary flood protection berm will be constructed upon• Place and compact up to 75,000 cubic meters of clay material along Clear Water Drive to construct a temporary flood protection berm to prevent future overland flooding• Complete topographic surveys to capture the original ground, stripping limits, establish the berm alignment and quantify the clay material placed and compacted on site• Install erosion control blanket along the finished temporary flood protection berm to help counteract the affects of soil erodingWork to comment immediately upon written direction from the RMWB Project Manager.
