Description:
The Province is seeking a Proponent that will provide Boardroom-as-a-Service (BaaS) services, initially to 32 boardrooms at Government of Alberta (GoA) facilities, with the intention of being able to scale the services across the GoA as more Ministries request BaaS.The Province is seeking a vendor to deliver on-demand a full-service BaaS model, including all necessary hardware (i.e. audio, visual, video conferencing etc.) and technology infrastructure. This includes the provision of maintenance services and lifecycle management of all equipment and software required for continuous and effective BaaS operations, along with responsibility for break-fix support and replacements.
