Description:
The Province requires a qualified Contractor to provide network support services in nine (9) Alberta locations. The volume of work is highly variable and unpredictable. Due to the nature of court schedules, there may be times when jury trials are cancelled or added last minute but notification will be provided to the Contractor at least one Business Day prior to the anticipated start date of the trial. Weekend Work may be required on the rare occasion however most work will occur during Business Days. Services may also be required in multiple locations simultaneously, therefore Vendors must propose a team of resources to perform the Services. On average, it is estimated that the Contractor may be required to provide network support services or to deal with issues as they occur once or twice per month. These estimates are provided for information only, as there is no guarantee of any volume of work for the successful Contractor. The Province will provide the Contractor with Pre-Purchased Equipment necessary to support delivering the Services of this RFQ.
