RFSA# PROD20250515Title: Technical Equipment Rental Service CBC/Radio-CanadaPLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING COMPLETELY AND CAREFULLY PAYING ATTENTION CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking Offers from industry in response to its Request for Supply Arrangement ("RFSA) for Technical Equipment Rental Service CBC/Radio-CanadaAn Agreement resulting from this RFX may potentially be for one (1) year with two (2) irrevocable option(s) to extend for one (1) year period(s).1. SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODS/SERVICES:The key objectives in issuing this RFSA are as follows:To establish a list of bidders, who will be authorized to bid on future special event equipment rental projects and other technical equipment rental services on behalf of CBC/Radio-Canada. Equipment and services that may be required include, but are not limited to, lighting, audio and video products, delivery, installation, technical support and skilled labor services. Services will cover mainly Montreal events, with some regional needs.2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: There are no mandatory requirements in this RFSA3.
