Tender are invited for Advance Procurement NoticeTechnical Advisory Consultant Services, for Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Halifax, NS & Esquimalt, BC (with Security Requirements)Purpose of this Advance Procurement NoticeThis is not a bid solicitation. This is an advance notice of potential contract with anticipated security requirements to provide interested consultants an opportunity to begin the sponsorship request process for potentially obtaining the required security clearance(s) that are anticipated. Note that there is no guarantee that this contract will proceed or that any security clearance(s) will be granted under the sponsorship process in a timely fashion or otherwise.Description of the project and ServicesThe Canadian Surface Combatant, Construction in Support of Equipment (CSC CISOE) project-s goal is to deliver infrastructure to support the CSC vessels. This infrastructure will support digitally advanced test and integration, training of ship operators and sailors, training in naval ranges, docking of ships, fleet maintenance, warehousing of equipment and ammunition as well as land-based operations in support of the fleets. The main locations for this infrastructure will be at CFB Halifax, NS and CFB Esquimalt, BC.
