- This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of Teams and SharePoint Online Governance Software and Services (the Deliverables) as set out in this section of the RFP. The selected Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables. The selected software is to be utilized for an initial term of three (3) years. Upon successful completion of the initial term, as determined by metrics mutually agreed upon by both parties, this agreement may be renewed for an indefinite period. The indefinite renewal is conditioned upon the software continuing to meet the organization's operational needs, performance expectations and agreeable pricing.
