Description:
The Personnel and Material Hoist scope (41.00) includes the supply, engineered design, installation, operation, maintenance, and dismantling of one personnel/material hoist serving eight stops (Levels 1-7 and roof). The subcontractor is responsible for delegated engineering (including tiebacks, base design, and structural attachments), hoist base and loading platform, erection/dismantle with crane, TSSA inspections and permits, maintenance and inspections, winter operation provisions, and full coordination with site logistics and façade sequencing. Exclusions include temp power, ESA inspection, hoist operator, and permanent foundation work by others. Interior and exterior refresh of existing 7 floor apartment building. Scope includes replacement of building façade, roofing system, doors & windows, interior finishes, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC system. New landscaping including new courtyard layout, playground, and waste enclosure. Townhouses are not in scope.
