- Addendum 2 RFP Timeline- Envelope B and C The RFP Timeline has been changed to the following: Envelope B Tender Close date is Thursday March 26, 2026 @2:00pm. Envelope C Tender Close date is Wednesday April 1, 2026 @2:00pm.The Waterproofing scope (07.00) for TCHC 300 Dufferin includes full supply and installation of below-grade and balcony waterproofing systems, including removal of existing foundation wall waterproofing, installation of reinforced cold fluid applied membrane with drainage board and rigid insulation, 1.2m downturn waterproofing at designated areas, chemical injection waterproofing at cracks and joints, and elastomeric waterproofing with traffic topping at new and existing balconies and terraces. The scope includes full surface preparation, tie-ins to existing systems, testing (bond and water), manufacturer inspections and certifications, multiple mobilizations to maintain schedule, and warranties (5-year for membrane systems, 2-year for injection), with alternate pricing for interior crystalline waterproofing Interior and exterior refresh of existing 7 floor apartment building. Scope includes replacement of building façade, roofing system, doors & windows, interior finishes, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC system. New landscaping including new courtyard layout, playground, and waste enclosure. Townhouses are not in scope.
