Tender are invited for On an "as and when requested" basis, through the issuance of Task Authorizations (TAs).The Office of the Secretary to the Governor General (OSGG) Information Technology Directorate is responsible for Information Technology (IT) database development and ongoing database systems support including performing analysis, software development, programming, testing deployment, maintenance, and support. The database systems are utilized for, but not limited to: National Honours system, financial systems, database servers, in-house applications, Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) systems, SQL and SharePoint.The OSGG IT Department staffing levels and competencies allows for generalized day to day support of the database systems, however new development, specialized modifications to existing systems, upgrades, code modifications are outside the scope of responsibilities and skills of the existing team.The OSGG IT Directorate faces challenging as well as changing IT issues on an "as and when" required basis. In order to address these issues, specific expertise not currently found within the IT Directorate is needed. The expertise required does not warrant a full-time placement and may require several experts collaborating.
