- Tender are invited for DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTThis Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued for Statistics Canada to require the TBIPS Professional Services of Application/Software Architects (Category A.1), Level 3, and Programmer/Software Developer (Category A.6), Level 2, specializing in the Drupal Web Content Management System (WCMS) platform.QUALIFICATIONAll TBIPS SA Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for the above two Resource Categories for Tier 1 under the EN578-170432 series of SAs can compete, unless it would not be consistent with the business requirements of efficient operations.EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGYHighest Combined Rating of Technical Merit (70%) and Price (30%)SECURITY REQUIREMENTSContractor: Reliability Status (DOS, upon contract award)Personnel: Reliability Status (upon contract award)LOCATION OF WORK AND TRAVELThe Contractor-s personnel are expected to be working remotely during COVID-19 pandemic. When Statistics Canada is done re-evaluating current health situation the location of work will be: 170 Tunney's Pasture Driveway, Ottawa ON K1A 0T6. No travel is required.DURATION OF CONTRACTIt is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract with a period from contract award date to March 31, 2023, plus two (2) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
