- PROJECT INFORMATION: The County of Stearns is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide printing, mailing, and emailing services for Truth in Taxation, Tax Statements, Valuation Notices, envelopes, and supplemental inserts. The purpose is to select a contractor capable of providing printing and mailing services where the County provides an electronic data file at the county-s discretion (multiple files in xml format) which contains taxpayer names & addresses, property descriptions, values and/or tax amounts. Stearns County property tax and CAMA software is from Tyler Technologies. The successful vendor will print the information from the provided file and mail notices to individual taxpayers.
