Proposals should include a letter signed by an officer of the consultant/contractor in a position to legally bind the company to the statements contained herein.
Revisions to the submitted proposal must be in writing and received prior to the closing date and time. A vendor may withdraw their proposal prior to the closing date and time.
Any RFP submitted by fax, email or telephone will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Three (3) paper copies and One (1) electronic copy on a USB stick must be delivered in a sealed envelope clearly marked.

RFP will be opened on Thursday, April 30, 2026 at the Tantramar Municipal Office, 31C Main Street, immediately following closing at 11:00 AM local time. Only the name of the person/company submitting the proposal will be read.
Candidates may be required to come to the Tantramar Municipal Office to present their proposals to a selection committee.
Proposal approval will be contingent on approval by Tantramar Municipal Council.
