- The purpose of this Request for Bids (RFB) is to refresh an existing multi-vendor, enterprise Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for Talent Acquisition and Job Classification Services for a period of the remainder of the original term (ending July 11, 2028). As part of this refresh, an additional service category for Pay Equity services has been added.
The Talent Acquisition and Job Classification Services VOR RFB primarily focuses on requirements for staff-level positions of the talent acquisition continuum, from talent planning through to onboarding. The job description writing, classification service, and pay equity service categories will apply to all types of roles.
The objective of the Talent Acquisition & Job Classification RFB is to develop a VOR arrangement for the following:
• Delivery of talent acquisition services for Staff-Level Positions. Services are required for all stages of the talent acquisition continuum; from labour market intelligence gathering, to the onboarding of staff and post-hire evaluation assessments. (Services Categories 1 through 5)
• Delivery of job description writing and job evaluation services for Staff-Level, Management and Executive Positions. (Service Categories 6 through 7)
