- The purpose of the RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified financial institutions for interim capital financing services during the construction period. The RM is mindful of the need for fiscal responsibility, and as such seeks competitive rates to maximize cost-savings for the local taxpayers. The RM of Tache is requesting proposals from financial institutions that are interested in providing the Municipality with interim capital financing. The RM of Tache is committed to providing its citizens with quality customer service and we expect this same quality of service from our financial institutions. The administrative requirements, terms and conditions stated in this RFP are as envisioned by the RM of Tache at the time of writing, but these may change or be refined during the review process.
