This is a 2 Envelope Tender - refer to Part A - Instructions to Bidders.In accordance with Part B- Scope of Work this Bidder will provide all labour, material, equipment, and supervision required to complete Precision Coring in the Peace TowerAll Bids shall be Stipulated Lump Sum in Canadian currency unless otherwise requested and shall reflect the Bidder's total proposed price for the Work including, without limitation, all taxes (except H.S.T.), assessments, levies, and custom duties, overhead and profit. Bids shall be without qualification and in complete compliance with the Tender/Contract Documents.One original of the Tender shall be submitted on the Tender Form provided, fully completed, signed and sealed by a principal officer of the Bidder-s organization duly authorized to sign the Tender. Tenders shall be completed without deletions, alterations, interlineations, or erasures. All blank spaces on the Tender Form shall be fully filled in. Failure to provide all requested information on the Bid Forms and failure to fill in all blank spaces may result in a bid being disqualified and rejected.Bidders will receive an Invitation to Tender via MERX and will upload one (1) original of the Part D - Tender Form in .pdf format, no later than: April 10, 2025 at 2:00:00 pm (Local Ottawa, Ontario Time).
