- Supply of all required equipment, labour and material, except as supplied by the TTC, necessary to perform the various tasks involved. The Work includes varying degrees of civil repair, construction and maintenance tasks for Cable Chambers, Transformer Vaults and Concrete Encased Ducts, Duct Banks and their appurtenances within the Public Right of Way and on TTC Property. All Work planned, unplanned and/or emergency is to be performed in accordance with TTC's rules, guidelines and general practices and industry and local utility standards and practices related to the Work or emergency response situational needs
