- This is an expression of interest and pre-qualification for an approximate $62M construction of multi-tenant air cargo logistics facility will include space for cold chain and perishable logistics, expanded cargo handling, ground support equipment maintenance, offices, training facilities, crew rooms, and locker rooms., with a scheduled start of spring 2024.The scope of the project includes construction of a 13,400 square meter Multi-Tenant Air Cargo Logistics Facility including, but not limited to: site works, site remediation, excavation, grading, precast driven hexagonal piling, concrete pile caps, concrete grade beams, concrete slab(s)-on-grade, structural concrete slabs, structural steel framing, custom long-span trusses, masonry walls, all exterior/interior cladding systems, roofing system, insulation (below and at grade), AVB, waterproofing, trench drains, elevator, fire stopping and fire protection systems, stairwells, landings, railing, personnel doors, overhead doors, aluminum framed glazing system, steels stud framing, fit up of all public and shared spaces, flooring, gypsum board, acoustic ceiling tile, painting, loading dock equipment, cooler/freezer system, fit-up of WAA Unit 30, building electrical systems, lighting, emergency power, generator, building communication system, building controls system, and building mechanical systems.
