General Scope:
Replace the entire medium-voltage switchgear line-up with new 2-stack metal-clad, arc-resistant gear. The new switchgear will be sized to meet ultimate transformer capacity at 80MVA each; Installed two new station service transformers in the switchyard; Disconnect and remove the power cables from exiting switchgear building up to reactors and capacitors banks;
