- SUMMARY:
Through this Request for Proposals, the District of Peachland invites Proposals from organizations interested in entering into a License of Occupation Agreement with the District in order to operate an independent food service concession at the District-s Swim Bay concession building located at Swim Bay (5667 Beach Avenue, Peachland, BC).
The Swim Bay Concession Services (the “Services”), plus minimum requirements of the Licensee, are described further in Part A of this RFP, and will involve the Licensee paying a monthly fee to the District in return for being able to operate its business from the Swim Bay Concession. The License of Occupation Agreement will be for an initial base term of one-year, commencing on May 1, 2025 and expiring on April 30, 2026. The Agreement may be extended for four further one-year periods, at the District-s sole option, and subject to mutual agreement between the parties on extension pricing and terms.
