SUMMARY:
Through this Request for Proposals, the District of Lake Country invites Proposals from organizations that are experienced in the design, supply, and installation of playgrounds and splash parks for public recreation, for the supply of such services and work as part of the District-s project to revitalize Swalwell Park, a key recreation hub of the District-s park system located at 10070 Bottom Wood Lake, Lake Country, BC.

The Design Services and Work for this project, that the District intends to award to the successful Respondent from this RFP, are comprised of two main elements as follows:
ElementDistrict-s Maximum Budget (including PST, excluding GST):District-s Timeline Requirement#1) PLAYGROUND, SAFETY SURFACE, AND SHADE SAILS: Design, supply & installation of a new playground, including safety surface and shade sails$1,075,000Playground installation works must start no earlier than August 5, 2025*

All Work must achieve ‘Total Completion- no later than October 17, 2025#2) SPLASH PARK:
