Summary Details:
The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to qualify British Columbia Land Surveyors to undertake surveys on behalf of the Province and to prepare survey plans pursuant to the Land Act and Land Title Act, for registration within the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia.
Interested Vendors are invited to submit a Response to this RFQ for the opportunity to be evaluated and determined whether they are eligible to be added to the Ministry's list of Qualified Supplier for Survey Services.
INTAKE PROCESS
3.6 Vendors May Also Submit Responses After the Initial Intake Response Deadline
Vendors may submit a Response at any time up to the RFQ Termination Date.
Any Response received after the Initial Intake Response Deadline will be subject to that Respondent submitting its Response in the manner as outlined in this RFQ and will be evaluated and considered for inclusion on the List within a reasonably short period of time after the Response is received, accounting for the Ministry to reasonably and practicably convene a qualifications review committee to evaluate such Response.
A Respondent who is not successful in becoming a Qualified Supplier may submit a new Response after the Initial Intake Response Deadline. The Ministry will evaluate all such new Response(s) without consideration to any past Response(s) and... - Documents:
