REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SCOPE OF SERVICES The City of Surrey invites Proponents to provide comprehensive architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical (including access control), and fire protection consulting and design services, including code consulting, quantity surveying, construction administration services, hand-over and closeout. Fees are to be separated and broken out as per the Schedule of Rates referenced in Schedule C-5 - Proponent-s Financial Proposal. INFORMATION MEETING An information meeting will be hosted by the City Representative to discuss the City-s requirements under this RFP (the “Information Meeting”). While attendance is at the discretion of Proponents, Proponents who do not attend will be deemed to have attended the Information Meeting and to have received all of the information given at the Information Meeting.
