Description:
This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to Non-Profit Operators to submit proposals for the provision of providing Supportive Housing Operator Services for Single Room Occupancy (SRO) supportive housing site(s) located in Lower Mainland, BC in compliance with requirements of this RFP.

All queries and information requests are to be made in writing only to the contact at the above email address. No responses to any other form of request will be responded to.

BC Housing intends to hold an Optional Site Visit on March 10, 2025. Proponents who have submitted signed NDA are eligible to attend the site visit. Location and detailed site visit instructions will be provided upon NDA submission. Proponents are requested to RSVP by March 7, 2025@ 2:00 p.m. PT.

Proponents must submit a signed Appendix 12 - Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain information about site location. No submission will be accepted from Proponents who did not submit the signed NDA. Signed NDA must be submitted through email to the attention of the BC Housing Contact Person before: March 4, 2025@ 2:00 p.m. PT

Proposals must be submitted electronically through BC Bid to www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca. Proposals submitted in any other manner will not be considered.
