- This RFP is open to all interested vendors.The City of Calgary (“The City”) is seeking an innovative and cost-effective solution to provide ongoing support services of its Oracle PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Finance and Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Employee Portal, and Hyperion applications suite.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.The Agreement will be for an initial term of three (3) year(s). After the initial term, the Agreement may be renewed for one (1) two (2) year term for a maximum term of five (5) years.
