Tender are invited for Supply of SLGA Retail Uniform Clothing

Synopsis: SLGA is interested in establishing a two year agreement beginning on January 1, 2022 and concluding, December 31 2022, with the possibility of three (3) one year extensions with vendor(s) to provide uniform shirts, jackets, vests and aprons. It is not required for a single vendor to be able to provide all three garments as SLGA may award each garment to an individual vendor based on quotes received. Therefore, from this RFQ, SLGA may separate the garments and award up to four vendors. The four garments we are seeking are black golf/polo shirts (men & women-s), black soft shell jackets (men & women-s), black vests (men and women-s) and black, green or multi colored aprons. Some of these items will require logo embroidery as outlined in Appendix A of this RFQ document. The first initial order will be submitted as a bulk order and invoiced on one invoice. Subsequent orders will be placed by each store on an as needed basis and paid for by that store either via invoicing or corporate MasterCard. Submission deadline is Friday, November 26, 2021 at 2:00pm CST. Please submit any questions to Procurement@slga.gov.sk.ca by 10:00am CST on Thursday, November 18, 2021.
