Description:
The purpose of this Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) is to obtain bid submissions (“Bids”) for the supply of precast concrete materials as follows:
Culvert C-560 (Poplar Hill Road)2700 span x 2000 rise x 21134 long precast concrete culvert, 38.5 degree skew angle, including precast concrete header wall on end units(2) - 900 deep x 450 thick cut off walls
Culvert C-567 (McEwen Drive)3300 span x 2390 rise x 16657 long precast concrete culvert, 6.0 degree skew angle, including precast concrete header wall on end units(2) - 900 deep x 450 thick cut off walls
Material to be supplied for The Municipality of Middlesex Centre (“the Municipality”) in accordance with Specification #RFQ-PWE-2025-04 Specifications for Material Supply. The Municipality is seeking to procure the culvert materials prior to or at the same time as tendering the construction contract for the culvert replacement work.
